We offer a place where residents can have one-on-one care in a family environment, where they can enjoy the end of their lives with dignity in a tranquil location that provides nursing and residential care by an on-call registered nurse, 24 hours a day.

We have created a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, with plenty of room for our residents and their visitors. We focus on individual personal care that makes your loved ones feel at home. Our residents feel right at home in the smaller, more personal setting that our Adult Family Home provides. This enables residents to enjoy greater individualized care and attention with peace of mind for their families.

Unlike most large retirement and assisted living facilities who typically average 17 residents to every 1 caretaker, we pride ourselves on a caretaker-to-resident ratio that is unsurpassed in the industry:   Assurety provides 1 to 2 caring professional caregivers to every one resident in our family care community. From assisted living needs and requirements, to those in need of specialized memory care services, our staff is deeply committed to every resident's well being, health and happiness.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Vancouver Mall, hospitals, shopping stores, and parks. Only 10 minutes from Portland, Oregon by freeway, yet we are a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

We are licensed professional care givers assisting in all our residents’ needs - medication supervision, transportation to medical services, home cooked meals, supervised activities, 24/7. The owner has more than 15 years experience in managing, and over 13 years in owning senior family homes.

Your family member will receive expert clinical care led by a medical director, a full-time Registered Nurse, and a team of round-the-clock licensed nurses and caregivers, plus life-enriching, adult-oriented engagement programs, all in a warm, loving, and pet-friendly environment.
